How to request deletion
This page is provided by Wadde and I next Software Solutions for account deletion requests.
- Send an email to support@wadde.app with subject "Delete my Wadde account".
- Include your registered mobile number or email used in the Wadde consumer app.
- Our support team verifies ownership and confirms your request.
What data is deleted
- Profile details associated with your consumer account.
- Saved addresses and app preferences linked to your profile.
- In-app support messages tied directly to your account identity.
What may be retained
- Transaction, invoice, and payment records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations.
- Security and server logs may be retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.
Deletion timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. Backup systems may require up to 30 days for full removal cycles.
